How do I contact Cinergy?

You can call the Cinergy home office at 214-750-6607 or by emailing The home office is open M-F from 9 am to 5 pm.

How do I purchase tickets online?

Find your showtime by searching for your location and selecting the movie and time you wish to see. After you click on the specific showtime, you can select the ticket types for the time. Select the amount of tickets you need, continue by pressing buy tickets or select seats.

Why am I being asked to select my seat?

Some Cinergy locations feature Reserved Seating, designed to make the experience easier and more relaxed. Reserved seating allows seat choices to be made ahead of time so there is no waiting in line just to get a seat.

How do I redeem tickets purchased online?

You can redeem your tickets by taking your confirmation number or credit card to the kiosk, cashier, or usher podium and your location.

What is Cinergy’s age range for a child?

A child is considered age 3-11 years old.

What is Cinergy’s age break for a senior citizen?

A senior citizen is considered to be 55 years old and up.

Can I purchase attractions online?

We are currently working on adding this ability to the site. Please check back frequently!

What is the booking fee?

In order to provide the convenience of purchasing advance tickets and reserving seats online, Cinergy adds a nominal fee per ticket. To avoid fees, guests are invited to visit one of our Cinergy locations to purchase their tickets and reserve a seat of their choice at a kiosk or concessions stand. Online service charges are non-refundable.

How do I join Cinergy Elite loyalty program?

Simply click here to sign up online or sign up in store with one of our team members.

How do I complete my registration?

If you signed up with one of our team members and gave only your phone number and email address, you will need to complete your registration online. Please click here and enter your email address. You will receive an email that will instruct you how to create your temporary password. Once created, you can sign into your loyalty account and fill out all the required information.

How do I reset  my password?

If you forgot your password, click here to reset it.

How do I update my contact information?

To update your profile, please log in to your account and click your name in the top right corner. Edit your profile as needed and select save.

Do I get a membership card?

All Elite Members will receive a virtual card number tied to their mobile phone number. There’s no need to worry about keeping up with a physical card.

How do I earn loyalty points?

Earning reward points is simple. Earn 1 point for every $1 you spend on food & beverage and attractions, 2 points for every movie ticket purchased, and 20 points for every 1 hour of bowling*. Once you’ve reached 300 points, we will send you a $5 Elite Reward to spend any way you want!

How do I check my loyalty point balance and see my rewards and offers?

Log in here to sign into your loyalty account and see available rewards and offers.

How do I use my rewards?

Once you’ve reached 300 points, you will receive a $5 Elite Reward to use in our centers. It will automatically be added to your loyalty account and tied to your phone number.

Will I see my points immediately?

With the exception of movie points, guests will be able to see points earned immediately after the transaction. Movie points will be displayed 24 hours after the movie showtime has passed.

Is there a maximum of points per day?

Guests can receive up to 200 points daily.

Do points or Elite Rewards expire?

No worries here—your points will never expire. Elite Rewards expire after 90 days. If guests have earned more than one reward in a 90-time period, they can use more than 1 reward at a time.

How do I redeem my rewards and offers?

All Elite Rewards and special offers will automatically be loaded onto your account. You can elect to use them during your transactions.

I’m an Elite Member, but I forgot to give  my phone number during the transaction. Can I still earn points for my purchase?

If you forgot to give your number during a transaction, original receipts may be presented for credit during the next visit or by contacting us here. Receipts and/or ticket stubs are required for any manual adjustments. Manual adjustments will not be made for purchases beyond 30 days from the original date of purchase. Cinergy Entertainment reserves the right to refuse manual adjustments in the event of suspected abuse of fraud of the program.

Note: your Elite Membership account must be active and available at time of purchase. Members will not be credited retroactively for purchases made without an active membership account.

Cell Phones

Cinergy does not allow the use of cell phones during cinema presentations. These are a distraction to other guests and interrupt the movie.

Rated R Policy

No one under the age of 17 will be admitted to a Rated-R feature unless accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. Valid ID required as proof of age.

After 6pm, children ages 6 and under are not permitted to attend R-rated features, even if accompanied by an adult.

Curfew for minors on Friday and Saturday Evenings

Weekend Attendance Policy-
All locations except for Amarillo – Friday and Saturday after 9:00 PM, children who are 16 years of age and under will not be admitted unless accompanied by their parents. Families and accompanied children are always welcome.
Amarillo location attendance policy is the following, after 8pm no unaccompanied minors under the age of 16 will be permitted without a movie ticket purchase. Once the movie concludes all guests 16 and under without an adult will not be permitted inside the facility. Families and accompanied children are always welcome.

Guest Satisfaction

Cinergy is committed to making sure you have a blast at our locations. If your experience is unpleasant, please inform a team member immediately. For movie ticket refunds, please return to the cashier within 30 minutes of the presentation start time for a refund.

Cinema Tickets are Valid Same Day Only

If you are unable to make a show time, please call your location immediately. Tickets that have passed the day of presentation are no longer valid at Cinergy.

Refund Policy

Tickets may be exchanged or refunded at the Theatre or online up to one hour prior to the scheduled showtime, credit card must be present. You may also request an refund online here. There are no refunds after the printed show time.

Ticket purchases are only valid for the location, date and start time of the film that is printed on the confirmation page or printed tickets. Online service charges are non-refundable.
