Cinergy Entertainment to Temporarily Close

What an incredibly difficult time we are living through. The pain and suffering the Coronavirus (COVID-19) is afflicting on our local communities, our nation, and the world is immense. I want to tell you how honored that I am to lead the fantastic team at Cinergy and we thank you for your unwavering support of Cinergy.

Everyone at Cinergy cares deeply about our communities, guests, and team members. Following Texas Governor Abbott’s and the City of Tulsa’s directives, it is with a heavy heart that we are closing all our locations to ensure we do our part to help slow the spread of COVID-19. Each entertainment center that had remained open will close effective end of the business day on Friday, March 20 and will remain closed until we are notified by authorities that it is again safe to open the doors and welcome you back into our centers. Cinergy will, of course, refund all advance purchases of movie tickets and escape room sessions. We will continue to update you on our status as often as the situation warrants at www.cinergy.com.

I am very personally involved in our business and understand the profound impact the closure of our entertainment centers has on our Cinergy family and communities. These are unprecedented times and we will continue to support our team members as best we can while we are closed for business and I am extremely thankful for the steadfast dedication of our Cinergy team. When we emerge from the depths of the crisis and prepare to reopen, we will need the support of all of them. We look forward to that day with great anticipation as the movies, bowling, games, and attractions will be primed and ready for action.

    • Hi Lori, I’ve paused all reward dollars and any rewards received during this time. They will all be reissued once we reopen. We definitely want you to be able to have a post-covid 19 birthday celebration at Cinergy!

    • Hi April! We are following all directives from local and state authorities regarding Covid-19. Once its safe, we will resume business. Be sure to stay connected and sign up for Cinergy Elite, our free loyalty program, if you haven’t already. You’ll be able to stay in touch and be the first to know once we reopen!

  2. My daughter Lyla Lawler had a birthday party booked in March. I talked to a manager prior to Cinergy Amarillo closing and he assured me we would receive a refund within 48 hours. It has been 3 weeks and we still do not have a refund. I’m just wondering if there’s something else you need from us to get that refunded to us.
